An impressive scheme for long-standing client Pocket Living, West Green Place comprised 98 one and two bedroom discounted Pocket homes, 12 two bedroom Pocket Edition homes, 16 Pocket Edition town houses and a community centre across eight blocks. A challenging scheme, the project was multi-phased with 4 sectional handovers.

The collaborative design utilised numerous construction methodologies including cross laminated timber, concrete frames, traditional masonry and prefabricated bathroom pods and utility cupboards. 

Located on a restricted cul-de-sac with shared access, the site footprint included occupied and operational buildings with vulnerable users in addition to the client’s busy Sales & Marketing suite.
